achilles heel does not feel right
Discussion
Every morning that I wake up my Achilles heel feels really tight, gradually as the day progresses it loosens up but when I go out running (only just started again, it was uncomfortable before this) I am finding it really hard to run for the 1st 1/2 mile as it feels so tight.
I have tried stretching it daily but it does not seem to be helping
Any ideas?

Yeah, you mean Achilles tendon.
You could go to Runners World where they will video you running on a treadmill to check if you need running shoes to adjust the way you impact the ground.

I got it before I started running though ??
Had exactly the same a couple of years ago, tried allsorts of treatments, inc physio. Someone suggested i try these and to be honsest they were unconfortable for a couple of days but it cured my problem 100% and there's no way i'd without them now, just dosen't feel right.
