Where in the elbow? If you let your arms hang down with your palms forwards is it on the inside/outside/middle and front or back?

On the bony point inside the elbow? Could be medial epicondylitis (aka golfers' elbow), which is a tendonitis of the finger and wrist flexors where they attach over the elbow.
