Slightly odd one but it has been suggested that as I don't pay for prescriptions that it is possible to have honey supplied/refunded as a prescription product.
New one on me but has anyone come across this?

Manuka honey dressings maybe ?

I don't think you'll be refunded for Duchy Original organic lavender honey though !!

I used to work for the Prescription Pricing Authority and it was amazing the thing that people used to get, sugar free cakes for diabetics, baked beans, sweets etc. However I think that was all done away with years ago

This has been the most common response so probably the source of the rather poor info!
Since I don't have ulcers it won't be of any use.
Thanks all.
