Got a sore, puffy, itchy red/blotchy rash on the palms of both hands.
Am almost certain it's from using an alcohol gel hand rub this morning as I've got a horrible infection in one of my tube outlets and handled the dressing, so had to sanitise my hands after.
Have done all the obvious things I could think of: washed hands carefully in cool water with handwash I know I'm not allergic to, used loads of moisturiser and taken a loading dose of Piriton.
If anything it's got a little bit worse.
Hands swollen enough that making a fist feels tight and uncomfortable, got what might be a couple of small blisters coming up.
Any bright ideas please, chaps? Not due more Piriton for a few hours and this is driving me nuts.
