Dizzy after hard training session
Discussion
Protein is better for recovery but during training a carb/protein mix is probaby more worthwhile as the carb uptake is quicker (the protein at the right ratio actually helps the body's carb uptake). The body works harder to convert protein to carbs but I'm not sure the uptake would be fast enough with a pure protein drink to prevent dizziness during exercise.
Another bit of advice is when losing weight and training try aiming for zero carb/protein hydration with Nuun or High5 zeros (or similar). You get isotonic/electrolyte replacement without then taking on loads more carbs/sugar.
Also bear in mind best time to take on protein post exercise is within 20mins of stopping and definitely first 1h. You're body will make maximum use of what you give it whilst the "furnace" is still burning Your metabolism should remained at a heightened state for abotu 2h post exercise.

This is a good website, has good deals and next day delivery. Ideally whey protein is the best as its a 'blend' of what you need.

Dizzy after training....
Ok - on assumption you are eating and drinking properly then likely cause is 1. Dehydration and 2. Energy/Sugar.
So...
Looking at the fact you are trying to lose weight forget the protein stuff and concentrate on the dizzyness.
step 1:
Buy some Nuun or High5 Zeros tablets which fizz in water and give you electrolyte replacements. Ensure you hydrate through the exercise and especially at the end using a 750ml bottle made up with these tablets.
If that fixes the problem you know it was only hydration based and you arew fixing it without adding too many additional calories.
step 2:
If that didn't work then look for an isotonic energy drink like PSP22, High5 4:1 energy source or similar. These will assist in rehydration and also provide carbs which will refuel and provide the sugars your body is asking for. Why not do this as step1? Well, if you're trying to burn fat then you want to force your body to convert fat to carbs then carbs to energy - it won't do that all the time you're giving it what it needs direct.
Some people will say use protein shakes as the body burns more calories converting these to carbs and it is therefore better. My answer would be use protein shakes as a recovery drink aimed at muscle recovery when building them up, protein shakes will not provide the energy quick enough to cover the dizzyness but may well provide enough to stop the fat burn - therefore you gain no real benefit.
finally... ensure you are training right - training for fat burn is VERY different to training for CV fitness or building muscle mass. You may even find you are training too hard, putting the body in CV fitness mode rather than fat burn and therefore aren't training efficiently to your needs. Fat burn is a lot less strenous than you think and is a good way of slowly bringing fitness up whilst ridding pounds before really turning up the dial for performance.
