I think its something to dowith me not eating enough, but put simply...

Cereal, cup of tea and two slices of toast with butter for breakfast...then say I go and cut the grass, can spend an hour and a half doing that, and while my muscles arent drained, my energy levels drop and I start to feel faint and dizzy. In the end I have to stop what Im doing and have a big lunch (beans on toast, bacon, sasuage etc). This makes me feel better and then I can go do some more out door work, but again if I spend 2 hours cleaning the car, the process starts over again.

Is this a simple case of malnutrition? I have tried taking protein drinks but this doesn't help, are there any supplements that will?

I would book an appointment with the doctor, and nicely suggest they may want to do some blood tests on you. You could have blood sugar related issues, or thyroid issues, as well as indeed anything from stress to general fatigue or infection. A blood test will rule out most possibles!

Are you experiencing anything else, such as more frequent need to pee, excess thirst, weight loss etc?

For the first time in more than 2 years, I am injury free. SO now I have started training, I have also started eating more healthily.

I used to be tired a lot at work, but now I feel full of beans and have more than enough energy for the gym after work.

Your breakfast doesn't sound bad at all. DO you eat a lot of processed/microwaved food?

Drink plenty of water too.

well yes I do eat healthly..go through £5-10's worth of fruit a week, no microwave meals...rarely have fatty foods like bacon but I do have them, and maybe a few beers once a week. Eat a lot of peas, fish, beef / lamb chops etc, potatoes.

I drink several litres of water a day (but not because of excess thirst), and as a result I spend a lot of time at the toilet.

I do excercise 3 to 4 times a week, but that doesnt stop me being 10 stone and over 6ft.

I did have a medical done by my employer a few months ago, and apparently i'm as fit as fiddle...but when it comes to endurance I just can't do it. Will get a blood test done.
