I have pretty much no routine at all in my life (sleeping in particular is fked up, I need to be at work in four and a half hours) - think I need some - how much is about right health wise?

be wide awake and be fast asleep....most of us spend our days half asleep and nights half awake, live at both ends of the continum or spectrum or whatever its called...
