My hip has really started playing up recently, It's fine when I'm sitting down but as soon as I stand up and straighten it (even before putting weight on it), it hurts like hell, then when I sit down again it hurts like buggery until I move it past a certain point then it is fine.
Walking isn't too bad but getting in the car has become a bit of a pain as well.
Could it be a trapped nerve? Is there anything I can do about it? I'm only 22, I shouldn't be falling apart yet surely?!?!

Thanks, sounds similar to what the other half had and it's interesting that one article I've seen says it can be worsened by prolonged time sat in bucket seats which figures as I often spend up to 6 hours at a time sat in one on road rallies or stage rallies.
Will try to make an appointment with the doc asap. Cheers!

And sitting on a wallet in your back pocket. I find it's usually easily sorted with exercise/stretches and deep tissue massage.Gassing Station | Health Matters | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
