Lack of sleep...I get it too. Have a few hours extra in bed, and it should go

It started this morning.

Bottom part of my eye seems to spasm.

I had it for months. Got made redundant at the end of April and I haven't had it since, so its a sign I'm not meant to work - its not good for you!

On a serious note its probably stress

I started to get it a few years back after a particulary bad cold. It's almost gone now but does flare up again every so often. Sleep, stress, nerves, none of it makes any difference to me, it just happens frown

I get it too, usually when I am tired and/or run down. Extra sleep, less time on the computer, and drinking less tends to cure it though.

I think I'd go insane if I had it permanently.

Fatigue uses it on a short term basis. If you have it on and off over a period of weeks, it's stress, or raised blood pressure, or both.

I get it when I'm under pressure...

Mrs TB had this a few weeks ago, a web search revealed it's called myokymia, can start and stop spontaneously, and is often associated with periods of stress, too much coffee, and other triggers.

I got it last year in the run up to my exams, last exam over it disappeared. I think it can often be down to stress.
