Do you actually mean you are scared of tall buildings or scared when you're in them (as in scared of heights)? If the former, thats got to be pretty rare!

Matt.

Near them! Its hard to explain. Being in them and on top of them doesn't bother. Walking near them does thought. I simply couldn't go to NY. Its hard to describe but I feel like, almost shakey? And my legs go weak. Its really strange. I've even been up the Eiffel Tower, and walking to it made me feel horrid, but once I was at the top I was fine?

I surely can't be the only one! lol

I don't like looking up at them really, but it's maybe just because I don't live near any tall buildings, or encounter any day to day.

But to the extent you couldn't walk near them?

No way, i get this as well, had it ever since i was a kid, i remember when we used to drive past the Cathedral and I was plonked in the back seat, i'd poop it big time! (not as bad as Damian in the Omen tho!)

Still get it now but not as bad, if i can approach from a distance its ok but say if I walked round the corner and was greeted by a massive building I'd turn into a nervous wreck.

I remember last time I was in Paris, headed to the Eiffel Tower,it was kinda ok as I was approching from a distance but when i was underneath and looked up I nearly fainted. (i definately farted anyway!!). Also driving over the Severn Bridge, as you approach the big concrete structures I cant look at them, I just put my foot down and try and just concentrate on the white lines.

Never really admitted it before but its true!! ahhhhhh, now rest..

You need to work out why you have this phobia. When did it first happen? Or what was said as a child that made you fear them?
