Molluscum

Can anyone tell me about successful treatments for Molluscum. My kids have it and the doctors say no treatment available just leave and it can take up to one year to go, but, they are spreading. We've tried SilverCure treatment from America, but, it's not working. Any sound advice would be much appreciated.

There is no effective treatment for molluscum sadly. Best to ignore it. Just part of normal childhood in my view.
