I think I slept well last night, I don't feel ill, I just feel really lethargic if that makes sense. Can't seem to concentrate and I’ve got loads of work to be getting on with. All I can be bothered to do is look through PH.

As i'm typing this my eyes want to close.....

Whats wrong with me!!

Was 4 pro-plus down with 6 extra strong espressos. That should help.

Feeling completely the same. Cannot seem to shake my current lethargy. At all. And cannot put my finger on why I feel so utterly exhausted!

I put it down to the Weather lately.

That Thundery, Stormy atmosphere. Mulder would say something about the ions or charge in the air.

Cats are notoriously skittish at this time.

We are but animals just the same.

My completely accurate internet based diagnosis is that you have Sleeping Sickness.

It's completely fatal so you've nothing to worry about or anything.

Stress?

You could have some form of viral infection which you are fighting off?

Just spoke to my wife she said its a common thing to happen when a thunder storm is brewing.

Can't be true can it?

I feel like that sometimes, it's called CBF syndrome. A thunder storm could be up to 100 days away...

I feel the same at the moment. It's the weather.

As far fetched as it sounds I can usually tell if a thunder storm is on it's way due to the strange headache I get. Definately to do with the pressure.

I also get 'giddy', almost like a stange drunk feeling once it has passed.

I blame my current lethargy on the bleak weather as when it's sunny I'm a different person.

Too much sleep maybe?

I'm very lucky in so much as most days I dont have to wake up to an alarm - but on those days if I sleep too long I still feel knakard at dinner time.

However days when i get up at fart o' sparrow, I feel really active.

This is normal for me aswell. Get up earlier and you'll feel more awake. Strange I know!

Gluten/wheat intolerance can make you feel very lethargic as well.

Is your diet any good? Did you have a decent breakfast/lunch? Pro plus and expresso may not be the ideal way out, eventually your body will crash and you will feel worse.

Try having wetabix or porridge in the AM and pasta for lunch, that should keep you going until dinner. Also try and eat some fruit

Good luck, and I hope you feel better soon.

Get your ass to the GP and get a blood work done!

I`ve something called Gilbert's Syndrome http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gilbert%27s_syndrome(about 10% of people have it) and its common to get tiredness from that.
