What's all that about then? Sunday I was out and about, not one injury, then I woke up early Monday morning with a pain in my shoulder. I went to work for the day and ignored it, but woke up halfway through Monday night with quite a bad pain.
By the morning i couldn't move without agony going through my shoulder. I had to take today off.

WTF happened there?

neck pains and mysterious bruising for me.... but suspect that the bruising id from the OH kicking me or hitting me if I snore

Neck and shoulder pains when you wake up tend to be from sleeping in a draft, usually find its when the other half has stolen the whole duvet.

I used to wake up with cramp in my lower leg all the time, scream blue murder and hop around the room 'til it had gone. But it would still ache for 2 days later frown

This happened to me on thurday night at Le Mans. Woke up about 3am trying not to yell. Unfortunatly i couldnt get my sleeping bag undone to get my hand down to massage it. It was a couple of minutes of excruciating pain lookuing like a electrified caterpillar untill i managed to wriggle free. Im still limping now.

Does anyone know where on the Medical pain scale (1-10) cramp resides?

Broke three toes while in bed once.

I had a dream that I was scoring the winner in a FA cup final against Liverpool and but my foot through the wall - I was in agony, the missus was in stitches frown

Not sleep related but was about to pull off in the Exige once (tough clutch) and got cramp in my left calf. Was stuck there not able to move for what seemed an eternity of agonising pain and eventually had to call a mate to come and park the car.

Surprised there is room for that kind of thing, no wonder you injured yourself.
