As above really, I seem to be suffering from morning sickness.

Every morning when I wake I have maybe half an hour of coughing and generally feeling like ste culminating in me being hunched over the toilet bowl on average once a week.

The actual vomit only occurs once a week but the general ill feeling is everyday.

I tend to feel better maybe an hour after I wake up.

Any ideas what may be wrong with me? ... Oh I'm not female so I'm not pregnant lol.

Any help appreciated.

I meant to actually put on the original message that it happens whether I drink the night before or not.

I have the wrong ... erm ... 'bits'

I don't feel stressed or nervous so I suppose we could discount that?

lol yeah I guess thats the better option than posting on a car forum. The only problem is my doctor has suggested in the past that I am suffering from stress/depression based purely on the fact that my job can be stressful, it seems that this is his default diagnosis and I don't want to be in a position where I end up signed off work with 'stressed' as I will then be babysat while at work.

I don't feel stressed and I am not stressed but he wants to diagnose that.

Do you have any food intolerances? Usually show up as the squits, but possible to make you sick.

Do you have a lot of catarrah? This can be quite nasty and make you feel quite unwell.

Check your blood pressure too, low blood pressure ( < 120/70) can make you feel really unwell.

Keep at your doctor, hope it's not serious but it wants sorting

Take care

Could it be something as simple as not drinking enough water so by the morning you are really dehydrated? Then you have your morning cuppa and don't feel so bad. Nausea is a symptom of severe dehydration (but you should experience others, too).
