Hi,

I'm currently cutting and eating six meals a day. I want to follow my calorie intake more closely, and so I've been looking to get a food diary. However, most of them seem to have v. small gaps and only have sections for breakfast/lunch/dinner and snacks.

Anyone have a suggestion for a decent one? Or is the best option just to make my own?

Cheers

I found it best to get an A5 day to view diary and keep it seperate to anything else diary-wise, that way you can be clear what you have eaten, drunk, etc and make any extra notes on a day if required.

There is a good online diary you can use, it saves everything you enter so it's easy to calculate how many calories you use, how many you should be using to achieve goal in time allocated. Can't remember what it's called (Have long given up trying.)but it was recommended earlyish in the Phat fighters thread. smile
