Swollen blood vessel in (face) cheek?

Right, to start with, I'm the majorly paranoid sort of person so this may be a complete overreaction.

I have some sort of ulcer / sore on the inside of my right cheek. I have a wisdom tooth coming through and it has been catching on my cheek a bit sometimes so i think that is what's causing it.

I was running my tongue up the side of my cheek a minute or two ago to unstick some onion, and it's like I can feel a vein that goes up the inside of my cheek? I've never noticed this before. It is substantially to the left of the ulcer, so don't think it's particularly related. And when felt with a finger there is a pulse coming from it.

highly, highly unlikley anything serious. One can feel pules all over the body if one tries hard enough. Get the ulcer looked at if it doesn't heal reasonably quickly, but if it's caused by the tooth then again very unlikely to be a nasty
