Never used to get it at all (Dad & Bruv were usually really bad), but I started a couple of years ago. Been quite bunged up with a sore throat first thing in the morning for about a fortnight, seems to be worse if it's a sunny morning, so I guess - yes, here we go again !

Yep, I get it every year, incredibly itchy, runny eyes and nose. Flixonaise works a treat, though

You'll be OK as long as you're not trying to navigate a massive roundabout or junction or something wink

It started a few weeks back for me. Having a convertible isn't helping as my nose reacts really badly shortly after having driven near freshly cut grass etc...

Try wearing sunglasses more often, especially when you're outside and even when it's not sunny!

Don't know why but my orange tinted sunglasses seem to do the trick.

I've had it every year since my early teens... hasn't affected me at all this year... yet. I guess it's the type of pollen hasn't been released just yet hehe
