The Mrs' parents both have A+ blood. Assuming they are her biological parents, is it possible for her to have O+? And if so, are the odds very slim?

Not sure about the odds but it is certainly possible to have O type child where both parents are A.

Some helpful stuff here - http://www.blood.co.uk/pages/e13basic.html

It all depends on her inheritance. If both parents are genetically AO, then she could be either A or O herself.

If her 'rents are both Ao, one in four chance she's O. Genetics, brilliant stuff !
