How to quickly get rid of tongue ulcers?

Seriously its doing my head in now, managed to burn my toung not once but twice so any movement of my mouth atall is pain ,Its been like it for a few days now anyone know how long it will take to heal?

Whether its actually an ulcar or its the burn from a veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery hot coffee i am unsure, but right on the front of my tounge

You know what your right the banana is pretty much alkiline compared to anything else , that was until i had an orange which i think its still stinging from about 12 hours earlier
