Had a Colonic Irrigation today.

You know, tube up the jacksie, pumped full of warm water, right good clean out!

It was great! I feel brilliant now!

I'd recommend it to anyone!

That is all.

Are you still leaking or do you have a nappy on for a few hours?

I hear about this more and more every day. I imagine it does alot of good, sort of like cleaning the oil in your car hehe

A few close people I know though (well not a few, just one, but the other one I sort of knew and this happened to them as well) went in for a colonic and almost died. Somehow it punctured/ruptured their stomach? They were seriously on their death bed, it didnt look good. But he pulled through and so did the other person, thankfully.

So, did you get to see all the wonderful 'stuff' that came out? Did you weigh yourself after? Do you really 'feel' a difference, as in more healthy or lighter or anything to that nature?

Do you think those colon cleanse mixtures and pills that you see on late night infomercials or in Vitamin Supplement stores liek GNC work just as well? Or do you think a colonic is the only way to go?

I am 27 years old, how old usually is one to get their first colonic? on Howard Stern, Robin gets a colonic every Friday she says. Is that just a series of them, or ongoing? I cant imagine someone needing it every week./

More cheaper to get yourself down to the local public bogs, maybe a couple of poofs could give you a squirt for nothing?
