I’ve been sleeping badly for so long now it’s become normal. The other half suggested I try sticking a pillow between my legs. She’s been doing it for a while now and has been getting good results. She reckoned it levelled up her legs and reduced ‘pulling’ on her lower back/hip area.
On the basis that I had nothing to lose, I gave it a go last week and I have to say my sleep has improved more than somewhat.

Completely agree - have done this for years and recommend it to clients. Such a simple thing but can make a big difference

The missis tried one of those but didn’t get on with it.
