Can someone advise why one ECG shows an upward beat and the other a downward beat ?

This happened to me once - I'd moved which wrist the watch was on without telling it..... in all seriousness could it be upside down or on a different wrist...

For clarity it’s two different people. However I don’t know why one is up and one is down.

It’s not a physiological reason, it’ll be to do with the where/how the sensor is being used.
