I have Sinusitis. A fancy word for a cold with a blocked ear. Recently I've been producing lots of saliva. Is it best to get rid like blowing your nose gets the virus out? Or does it just encourage more production of spit?
My wife who is very prim & proper tells me to spit , must admit I don’t seem to cough anywhere as much . Nb she would be mortified if I did it in the street , but no issues down sink plug hole .
