I had a crown replaced on a dental implant with a 2 two tooth crown as I had lost the tooth in front of implant in an accident. Crown on its own £1800 so I had high expectations, but when they went to fit it needed big adjustments mainly on the bite where the spent 30min drilling down the crown which now does the job but doesnt look great. Is it usual for a two tooth crown like this to need so much adjustment or does it suggest either they tooth the impressions were done badly or crown just badly made ?

Thanks
