For as long as I can remember I have had really poor blood circulation in my hands and feet to the point where my hands will turn blue/purple and when you press hard it will leave a white mark for up to a minute sometimes.
As we are coming into winter and I work outside it will get a lot worse, does anyone have any tips or take any supplements to help with this?

Have you seen a doctor as it sounds a bit like Raynaud's Syndrome:

Had the same symptoms you are describing in my feet along with pins and needles. Lived with it for some time and was called into GP surgery as they had no record of my blood pressure.
This came out as 180/120 and I told them the issues with my feet. This resulted in being prescribed Amlodipine (Calcium channel blockers),been on them since the summer (and will probably be for life now). BP is now within limits and feet symptoms have disappeared.
