Hi,
I've had two occasions now where I've felt like I wish I passed out as the pain was soo unbearable.
The first was when asleep I woke up in the middle of the night, right side of my lower back pain (I imagine where my kidneys located...), in complete agony for around 30 mins. Took some Ibuprofen, just kept pressure on the area and slowly the pain subsided.
I put it down to how I must've slept and caused my back to seize up.
Something similar has happened today, whilst driving I felt pain coming from my stomach, came along all of a sudden without any warning and was excruciating pain. I pulled over and after getting out realised it was my lower back, same location right hand side of my lower back. Luckily I had some Ibuprofen, just kept pressure on the area, messaged it and it eased enough for me to get home.
Any ideas what it could be?

Could be a stone moving around in there.
Any other symptoms? Fever, pain/blood in urine?
At this point I don't, I am getting this constant feeling of needing to wee, even after I'd just made a trip to the toilet Any other symptoms? Fever, pain/blood in urine?
Like you haven’t emptied it. Have a chat to 111 or gp for abx.
