I just wondered if anyone had ever felt this. It has happened before but been three times this week. Twice when waking up in the night, and once when I was stood up.

It's hard to explain. It feels like the house is shaking, not hard but quickly. Only I realise the bed isn't moving, in fact nor am I, it's just a feeling or sensation within. Goes after I guess 30 seconds. The time when I was stood it felt as though the building was rumbling beneath me slightly.

I'll try and get a doctors appointment, but doctors are a 3 hour round trip from work.

My partner is really health obsessed, and tracks her blood pressure etc, whenever I have tried it it's always "severe hype" but I've always put that down to white coat syndrome.

Have no other issues which is why I've never worried about it before, but it does seem to be happening more now.

Not been to the doctors for years. Think I have been once in the last 30 years. Not had one day off in that time either.

I move around a lot. I eat well. I do though smoke and drink, although that's been cutting down a lot as my partners slowly helping me give up both. Well, at least moderation with alcohol.

So just wondered really if anyone had similar sensations before?

Thanks.

I have something similar. Like a fridge motor that vibrates either your whole body or just a part of it. It usually stops in an instant, as if the motor was unplugged.

Sure it's a fridge motor?
