Minoxidil topical

Has anyone used minoxidil topical cream/ solution? Has it worked? which product do you recommend?

Hair going a little bit thin on the top and wanting to try and save it.

Yes but stopped a few years ago.

Many people have reported varying degrees of success with it, but the results can be quite individual. Minoxidil works by stimulating hair follicles and prolonging the growth phase of hair, but it requires consistent use for several months to see noticeable results. If you stop using it, hair loss may resume.

Many men start with minoxidil and, if they need more aggressive treatment, add finasteride to their routine.

If you're mainly experiencing thinning on the top of your head, combining minoxidil and finasteride can be an effective long-term solution. I didn't get anysides with Finisteride but stopped taking it when we started trying for a family and never got back to taking either regularly. You can also get oral minoxidil nowadays.
