What smart watch/ ring for health only

Mods, if you can keep this in the health section would be appreciated as these guys i think will bring the knowledge im looking for as opposed to the watch thread
As title, im not interested in any smart features at all that are not connected to health, and so i am unconcerned on how well it connects to my iPhone as long as my iPhone can have the associated app to read the data.
Things i think it should have;
Ideally it would have at least 5 day battery so charging isnt a chore
It has excellent sleep tracking (i suffer from sleep apnea and want to tackle this and hoping a smart devise can assist me monitoring as well as waking up feeling more refreshed than the zombie feeling with a mild headache i often have now
Steps/ exercise tracking thats accurate
Accurate calorie burn numbers
Some kind of warning i amount to have a heart attack/ stroke as an unfit 52 year old!
Plus whatever else is useful for tracking ones health as i look to do a life change and start the whole diet/ exercise thing to enable me to be better in my old age that's fast approaching
Dont be surprised to see a new thread later on the best way for fat old men to be less fat and metabolically younger , later....if your already aware of one then please could you send the link, im not looking ot be Arnie, just lose 20kg, add more muscle to counter the eventual drop in old age and become a lot more flexible than do now, through diet and exercise.
