Health MOT in Bangkok, Mexico, London?

As a man over 50, I’m thinking of getting a detailed health MOT privately to capture as many measurements as possible, even DNA if I can find somewhere that offers that.

Has anyone done this or found any good UK hospitals that run more controversial or modern testing to determine what’s going on with the human body?

I am considering a comprehensive health check-up and looking for feedback from men around my age who have undergone similar screenings. I’ve narrowed it down to two options:

Not had one myself but I've heard that BKK clinics are very good for comprehensive body checks.
