Permanent Health Company vs. BUPA

Hello. Company I work for has just announced UK employees are moving from BUPA to PHC.Does anyone have any experience with this healthcare provider please? Google isnt returning much valuable information probably due to it's somewhat generic name...

AXA won’t pay for anything unless it’s been approved for use in the UK. BUPA tend to be a bit more relaxed about overseas treatment.
