It's certainty relaxing me in the day but I'm having the most shocking vivid nightmares I've ever had so only a few hours sleep anyone else had the same ?

Yes I had a 10 minute stand up row when the dog came in the room pirouetting in a pink tutu, I was shouting take that fking dress off, he was just spinning with his chin in the air then gave me the middle finger.

I was prescribed some to take with codeine when I knackered my back. I didn’t have a clue what was going on, but I certainly slept well.
