How many a week do you eat?
Scrambled on toast for me today with 3 eggs but ive always tried to limit my intake maybe because they were seen as not great for cholesterol.
Not really noticed if this theory has changed but do you eat a lot?

Six per week, for no other reason than that's what I like to eat!

Eat as many as you like. Eggs are a nutrional powerhouse and the cholesterol worry has been disproven. Dietary cholesterol causes only minor changes to blood levels, in saturated fat that's the bigger concern.

I like a couple of boiled with marmite soldiers kn a daily basis or poached. Occasional scrambled but it's not my favourite way. When I can be arsed Eggs Benedict is the absolute breakfast of Kings.

I’d eat more but get bored.

Don’t like cafes either, as most tend to get the basics wrong. Or charge a fortune for a small portion.

Inflammation is what's not great for cholesterol. Eggs don't cause inflammation, therefore eat as many as you like.

Love eggs but I'm intolerant of them as I am for dairy. Still eat a few boiled eggs once a week though.

Most heart scientists are saying 1-2 daily is safe.
I have seen a few clips of influencers eating 18 to 20 a day which would worry me. I have around 6 a week.

I wanted to do the same but enjoyed porridge before 11am so started added unflavoured protein powder to it. A spoon of peanut butter too.

7 a day usually as an omelette with tomato and olives, 3 or 4 just the whites just now as I'm trimming up a little (easy way for me to reduce a few cals without noticing it).
