RSI or similar in wrist
Discussion
I woke up yesterday with a sore left wrist (I'm right-handed before anyone makes any comments ) - it hurt to rotate and bend to the normal extent front and back.
Figured I'd just slept funny and it'd be alright after a day, but today it's the same, if not more tender, and is quite painful to rotate and bend as normal.
I don't think it's from a specific incident like lifting something as I don't recall any particular moment where it started hurting..
So I assume it's something like an RSI? The only activity I can think of that involves it is shooting, where my left wrist is extended and rotate slightly to grip the fore-end of the shotgun, and my last shoot was Thursday for a good few hours..
Question is - does this sound like an RSI? Do they tend to come on slightly delayed like this? And is there a general treatment method or is just a case of painkillers and patience?
I'm supposed to be shooting a competition tomorrow and having attempted gun mounting in my usual position it's really quite uncomfortable...
