Average HR - 53bpm
Average stress score - 28
Steps (12 months) - 3,735,994
Average sleep - 5h 15min
V02 max - 51
33 year old male
I’ve added V02 max to the list. Or sure how accurate it is for me though as hasn’t changed in 2 years regardless of what I do. Also not sure my average slew is accurate as I definitely sleep longer than that each night (closer to 6-7 hours!

Average (Resting) HR: 47
Average Stress: 28
Steps: 1,685,833
Sleep: 7h 53m
VO2 max (running and cycling): 47
Fitness age: 34.5 (BMI is 25.1 - think I need to drop about 5kg to get to fitness age of 33.5)
To get the VO2 max to update I think you need high intensity threshold workouts. It's not all that accurate imo - for a long time it had my running VO2 max higher than my cycling VO2 max after I took up running for about a week and never ran again after that - even though I'd been cycling consistently (100+km a week) for a few years.

Always thought my stress score was pretty good - some of you are nearly dead
I've dropped a few lbs recently (not really needed from a health POV) but as I get older I want to retain speed for Krav/boxing and felt it would help as I'm pretty strong anyway. I now feel like I have more energy, plus I've implemented some stuff from Andrew Huberman's podcasts, and my stress score has dropped a bit. Only downside is my watch now suggests I need to be working quite a bit harder to maintain. No surprise!I'm a 40 year old male
Average HR: 46
Average Stress: 21
Steps (12 months): 4,273,723
Average Sleep: 6hr 32min
VO2 Max: 44
Fitness Age: 37 (could be 34.5 if I dropped BMI)
Walk the dog quite a bit, run a few times a week and cycle a bit. Should we add those?
Run: 311 miles
Cycle : 2042 miles
Walk : 665 miles

Is everyone using the average stress for 52w? 19 seems really, really low...
Retired Makes a massive difference - especially no commuting.
Also I don't think it records stress while exercising and post exercise period is very chilled
