I was wondering if there are any medical professionals willing to take a look at my husbands bloods attached. There are a few months worth.

His background history is that my husband had a stroke in May 2021 (aged 41) due to an adverse reaction to the covid-19 vaccine Astrazeneca. This condition has now been labelled as VITT. Vaccine induced thrombotic thromboctopenia. He had a stroke on the left side of his brain and was paralysed down his left side. He suffered with a blocked carrotid artery (this is 100% blocked) also a clot in the optic nerve which now means he is completely blind in his left eye. He has issues walking due to his left knee having blockage in the main artery and no pulse below the knee. His left arm has minimal use as his hand, fingers, wrist are not able to grasp and move as normal due to nerve issues. A year after his stroke he was diagnosed with heart failure and for the last year he has been experiencing rapid cognitive decline and poor short memory, anger outbursts and times where he does things that are out of character.

I am adamant due to the ongoing vascular issues that my husband has a vascular dementia onset (his blood still has Astrazeneca/PF4 Elisa present, so the blood thinners he is on stop him having more strokes/heart attack as his blood may still want to continue to clot) His stroke consultant is adamant it is not and it is purely due to the stroke. He has repeated an MRI and had said there is not a significant change so cannot say dementia. However, he has had a cognitive assessment last year and the results show a huge decline on all levels. He is due another assessment this year, a year on to see now where he presents in the test.

My doctor sent for bloods recently to look for anything that may show issues to do with memory/dementia etc and we wanted to see if anyone on here who is medically trained can spot anything of interest or has any advice we would be very grateful.

Thank you
