REM Sleep Behaviour Disorder anyone?

After several years of experiencing these symptoms and actually harming myself falling out of bed I finally spoke to my doctor and he referred me to a Sleep Specialist Doctor who has initially diagnosed me with REM Sleep Behaviour Disorder. Next step is a sleep study.

Anyone else actually suffer with it and how have you tried to resolve it? Seems its incurable, but treatable with either larger doses of melatonin or some sort of depression drug.
