Hi

Can anyone recommended (if allowed / possible) post a link to any resistance bands that they use and can vouch for? Looking at the reviews on Amazon is a bit confusing, almost all have both 1 star and 5 star reviews, so it's difficult to know what to go for.

Got one from a physio recently and it was a bit of a revelation, I've always used weights and was dismissive of bands, but after trying them I had to eat a rather large piece of humble pie.

The one it really helps with is triceps when lying on a bench (I was given one for abducter muscle strain), but physio said it was OK to use it for other things if I wanted.

Physio initially gave me the blue band, but that snapped so replaced it with the black variant.

Any recommendation advice greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance
OSF

Got these ones and used them for pull up training, they work well. Seem decent quality to me.

I have and use several different strength Decathlon ones. No issues with them
