I decided to have my bloods checked for prostate which appear normal but looking through the online results. Why show a worrier all the stats!

These two came back as abnormal.

Should I be worried?????

Neutrophil count
Result
1.42 10*9/L
Normal range
1.80 - 7.50

Differential white cell count
Result
3.7 10*9/L
Normal range
4.0 - 11.0

Google says can be Lymes or leukaemia?!

No, unlikely to be anything significant.
Mild neutropenia very common.
Rpt in a while if otherwise well, if unwell discuss with whoever ordered the bloods.

Thank you.

I found this,

Background. Elevated total white blood cell (WBC) count is associated with an increased risk of coronary heart disease and death. Aerobic exercise is associated with lower total WBC, neutrophil, and monocyte counts

So this looks reassuring
