Morning PH.

I was wondering whether anyone has tried full body cryotherapy to treat chronic pain? I’ve suffered for most of my life with my spine and conventional treatments don’t help and I hate relying on painkillers.

I discovered that there’s a clinic near me so I am planning to give this a try, but any real world experience/feedback would be really useful.

wow techno viking has used it.

I presume you know what exactly is going on with your spine? As in you've got an actual diagnosis from a qualified practitioner in that field?

Cryotherapy subjects your body to extreme cold for a short period of time which promotes the release of endorphins, if you're that way inclined. Like jumping into extremely cold water. It seems to be something you'd use for temporary pain as it requires multiple visits. If it's your only alternative to pain killers, give it a go. If you find it works, and with your condition, you could probably think about opening up your own cryotherapy place to turn a money burner into a money earner!
