When you need a pee, empty iron bru bottle in the stationery cupboard. I've no suggestion for when a big job needs to happen.

Drink black tea / coffee avoiding milk from the fridge.

Not the best ideas, I know.

More seriously though, it sounds anxiety related. It can strike anyone at anytime and with you starting a new job, you may be more stressed and anxious than you realise.

TBH sounds psychosomatic, I would get counselling, becuase the more you work yourself up, the more you will be impacted by it. Realistically there is nothing, you are just focusing on something as a cause.

Easy to do a double blind test. Your symptoms smack of psychosomatic as much as you think they aren't.

I had a patient with that sounds similar walking into one particular room on sunny days. We concluded it was because the room was very bright with pale walls and carpet and cream furniture. Basically she couldn't get a visual fix going from a darker hall so got dizzy.

Maybe worth seeing if the dizziness fades if you stay there. And then trying Cawthorne Cooksey exercises.

not in the last 20 jobs ive had.?

also not at all today except going to the same toilets which cause it at around 10:30 and being fine until that point?

Symptoms are real, focus on them, clearly you are working yourself up about something, that is most likely not there. Having symptoms doesn't mean there is anything there, that is the first thing to work on.

I'm not a doctor, so clearly you should seek medical advice, but reducing your anxiety levels would be first point of call.

How is your general wellbeing?

Blood pressure
Blood sugar

They can both, amongst other things, give the symptoms you describe.

To me, it still sounds like a stress related anxiety / panic thing.

The thing is probability, if no one else isn't ill then it isn't air-con etc.

A general check up is good and maybe more exercise. Maybe keep a diary of the feeling before this happens as well, and talk to someone about it?

Don't google it won't help, like I said work on symptoms.
