Flare audio ear plugs / funnels

Does anyone have any experience with the calmer Flare ear inserts? I really struggle with noisy backgrounds and have trouble hearing speech over noise. Do these help?

Not Flare, but my wife uses Loop and likes them.

Wife uses them to help with tinnitus and picking out speech when out with friends, seem to work well for her.

I've got some. They're weird little things, it's not "night and day" putting them in but they do seem to cut out some of the harshness so it's not quite as tiring. Having said that, I haven't used mine for a while now as I didn't find them to be all that helpful, though have recently been thinking about trying them again as working in a new office where the noise can get a bit much for me at times.

Did nothing for me (I have tinnitus).

Returned them for a full refund, the returns policy is pretty good.
