Trying to eat healthy in the morning but getting a bit fed up with the same cereal and toast so looking for ideas.

Potentially the most boring PH thread ever but what did you have for breakfast this morning?

Pictures would be ideal as I never know what a sensible portion is and eating mounds of cereal is bad as a fry up.

Poridge I guess but there must be more variety out there.

Thanks in advance.

Oats. Every night it's one scoop of oats, one scoop of water and one scoop of frozen fruit (usually berries or similar) into a bowl.

Take out of fridge in morning and it makes me way more full than cereal.

Not that exciting but it does the job.

For years we’ve made our own granola. 2-3 ripe bananas mushed up with oats add in nuts, seeds, cinnamon, bit of olive oil and slowly bake in the oven serve with soya yog and some blueberries makes a nice change from sugar laden cereal or toast.

We do this but with almond milk. Make 4 bowls at a time
Water works fine too.
Usually add tbsp chia seeds and maple syrup.

Quick and fairly tasty.

Exactly this. 40g of oats soaked overnight in natural yoghurt with frozen blueberries and raspberries. Maybe add sliced banana (or just eat a banana on the side)

Alternatively, I mix things up with skinheads on a raft

A slice of wholemeal toast with peanut butter and one with peanut butter and jam.

It’s what I eat most mornings, other choices are corn flakes, pancakes, porridge or mushrooms and avocado on toast.
