I think she’s not ok.

Just a Random from a dating site that I’ve met and seen for a bit.

But she’s not in a good place

If you’re genuinely worried then call the police now and pass on your concerns. Don’t post the poor girl’s name and address on a public forum, that’s incredibly irresponsible especially given her vulnerability. Delete your post.
