Immune modulation therapy will turn many cancers into a chronic longterm disorder like HIV within our life time. The science is amazing.

Real life deployment of rapid individual level genotyping and than tailored immune mediated therapy will require massive infrastructure and intellectual investment/training. But given the rate PCI was deployed for MI (within 5 years of landmark trials), its all achievable.

Government (or someone) will need to fund it though.
