Plantar fasciitis question

Evening all.
A few years ago I got plantar fasciitis probably brought on by running.
It then went after a while, happy days.
Now, it’s back again , same bloody foot.
But, it feels like it’s going again now, so would like to get back to running.
Can you get insoles for plantar fasciitis to go in running shoes. Also, can you get socks for the same thing, would be a good combo If I could.

Yep you can. I had it last year for 6 months and friggin kills. You can also get a roller you keep in the freezer and twice a day, roll your foot on it. Feels like rice crispies popping.
