That's great!
So our local Cheshire NHS doctors clinic must be stupid.
Went for some specific blood tests, only to be told, "we don't know which bottle tops to use"
I gave them the list of blood tests required, the week prior.
NHS not sure if incompetent or lazy, or stupid.
