Any ENT Drs here? Few lumps on Tonsil Pillar

As above, noticed 3 hard pink/white lumps on what would be my left anterior tonsil pillar. Not visible until slightly reaching in and pulling the fold back very slightly, so effectively on the back of the fold. Not painful, but hard and the surrounding skin is very "vascular."
Situated a per below.
I can't remember if i've felt them before. They are around 1-2mm in size each.
Other side pillar looks completely normal/smooth.
33 Year old male, moderate smoking and alcohol. Cause for concern? Many thanks
