Exogen bone healing any good?
Discussion
Thought I’d ask here as it’s a font of knowledge.
Has anyone experience of this treatment and does it work? I’m in post op recovery after orif clavicle non union surgery and stumbled across this on a mountain biking forum where people swear it helped their healing.
I’ve physio on Thursday so will ask then but if it’s any good at all I’d give it a go.

Have a look at the link below. I went to see Brian Simpson a few years ago and it sounds like similar/the same treatment and he's probably one of if not the most experienced guy in this field in the UK, he's helped many top flight sportsmen and women recover and continue to compete within their respective disciplines.

A great therapist he may be, but that web page is not full of the Truth.
Magnets for fractures: Doesn't really work. Evidence from the Cochrane Group: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/21491410/

sometimes the facts are tiresome and burdening, but it's science and it rules.

Yeah but science doesn't sell as well as things like water with more faeces than 'magic ingredient' in it. Magnets for fractures: Doesn't really work. Evidence from the Cochrane Group: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/21491410/
