Not sure if this is health or food really.

I’ve put on a few extra pounds, and my life is currently super hectic due to the OH being ill, picking up the slack of 2 people and work and I’m exhausted

I really can’t be bothered to cook currently, which is something I usually enjoy, so I’ve been eating lots of quick made stuff like pasta, which I never normally have, although I’m quite good at not snacking too

Porridge for breakfast, pasta for lunch and then again for dinner, which is so far removed from my usually good diet

I’ve looked at huel, I need to lose a stone, and I think they might help? They are 400 cals a meal so I thought have one for breakfast and lunch, then a normal dinner - 800ish cals, should help the wright come off a bit quicker

Has anyone used it and recommends? I guess it’s similar from other meal replacements although it appeals as there’s not much crap in them compared to others.

Any recommendations for flavours?

Try it, it might work for you. I found it expensive, hard to mix properly and difficult to “eat”, I really had to force it down. Instead of replacing meals it left me hungry.

When I tried it I struggled "drinking" my meals. Only dinner for me but very quickly got fed up.

Better I'd say just to eat less and move more. Calorie tracking + a walk a day?
